DESIGNER II

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 23 years old
• Graduate of BS Architecture preferably Licensed
• At least 2 years of  related work experience preferably in supervisory level
• Exposed in master planning and perspective, schematic designs and manual drawings
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• With excellent communication and client management skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develops detailed plans and designs in preparation for the marketing kit, construction plans and production.
• Prepares designs, plans and presentations for different projects.
• Prepares swatch boards, boarding’s or any other presentation materials.
• Coordinates with consultants, client’s representatives and other departments for the progress of projects with the guidance and permission of the Senior Designer or Design Manager.
• Prepares model presentations.
