DESIGNER III

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 24 years old
• Graduate of BS Architecture preferably Licensed
• At least 3 years of  related work experience preferably in supervisory level
• Exposed in master planning and perspective, schematic designs and manual drawings
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• With excellent communication and client management skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Monitors the development of detailed plans and designs in preparation for the marketing kit, construction plans and production.
• Prepares and monitors designs and plans for different projects.
• Coordinates with consultants, client’s representatives and other departments for the progress or status of the projects.
• Solves critical problems pertaining to plans and designs.
• Prepares miniature models and presentations.
• Attends meetings as needed.
