MEPF ENGINEER / ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:

• Provides complete and up-to-date report about the status of the project.
• Ensures continuous and proper coordination with consultants regarding deadlines and submission of project requirements.
• Attends and facilitates meetings with clients and consultants.
• Coordinates to the Associate Architect all updates, concerns and problems of projects.
• Handles the concerns, problems and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency.
• Performs autocad drawings for designs, details and revisions.
• Prepares and submits reports about the status, pending issues and deadlines of the projects.
• Produces sections and details to demonstrate practical installations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in PASAY CITY.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
