The building is oriented with slight tilt from east-west axis that minimizes the amount of energy absorbed from the environment. Its fenestrations were appropriately placed against the building façade having 72 % of North and South-facing façade naturally lighted that stream in to the building’s interior and improve comfort levels of the users/occupants while 36 % lesser East and West-facing façade. It offsets the impact of solar load and glares during the afternoon on its interior which enhances productivity and improves concentration and performance. On the interior, the column-free space on each floor also helps maximize space efficiency and planning flexibility. A central core building design provides functional core-to-curtain-wall depth, optimizing space usage. The generous floor heights of 3.60 meters and room depth of not more than 10 meters also contribute to the same respect with greater air space for each room. |
